Spring is such a fabulous time of possibilities. A season of renewal, new energy and optimism that leads to growth over the next few months and beyond. I hope your corner of the world is beginning to warm up and you are embracing those signs all around you.

I wanted to reach out and share 3 things I’m doing right now to make the most of this powerful opportunity!

#1: Spring Cleaning: We cannot usher in fresh, new, juicy ideas and have optimal focus if there is clutter all around us. Choose 1 area in your office or home that is weighing you down just by looking at it and set a timer for 30 minutes and dive in! You’ll be surprised at the progress you can make in a few short bursts of activity and how much better you’ll feel with a bit more S P A C E. While you’re at it, look at what you fill your days with and delete, delegate or put aside things that aren’t your most important priorities now!! This will give you increased energy, vitality and more fulfillment and joy in your moments throughout the day. YES PLEASE!!

#2: Launch New Initiatives: With the sense of renewal all around us, it's a great time to create something new to serve your clients and get them excited about your offerings. This could be a fun gathering tailored to a specific need you've identified in your audience or a special virtual access group focused on a hot topic in your business world.

#3: Always be growing & learning: As a leader, dedicating time to your own development can inspire new ideas and approaches in your business. Spring is a great time to read new books, listen to fantastic podcasts, attend workshops or conferences, or even seek out a mentor. This personal growth can translate into enhanced offerings for your clients and more opportunity and peace for YOU.
